For the first time in thirty years, we have chosen to revive the art of winemaking on this magnificent land. To craft a rosé of irreproachable quality, we have fully embraced organic viticulture. These extraordinary landscapes are not just a gift from nature: this red clover, for instance, was sown as part of our sustainable farming initiative. As a legume, it captures nitrogen from the air and naturally enriches the soil, replacing chemical fertilizers. The clover also attracts beneficial insects, retains soil moisture, and limits weed growth. In this way, beauty truly helps save the world.
