Our Very First Harvest!

Our Very First Harvest!

Behind the scenes of a nighttime Syrah and Grenache harvest.

Tonight is a very special night in Provence: the harvest has officially begun! We invite you to discover what happens in the vineyards while the world is asleep... At 3:00 AM, the very first step of our wine's birth begins. Why harvest grapes at night? Because at this hour, it is only 16°C. From this moment on, under the watchful eyes of our enologists, the grapes will slowly begin their transformation into wine. The adventure is just beginning…
